When your order ships
- Roasting daysSunday and Wednesday
We usually roast on Sundays and Wednesdays, or once or twice a week as needed. We don't keep large stocks, so your coffee is always fresh.
- Roast-to-order2–3 days after roasting
Processed on roasting day and shipped within 2–3 days. We prefer not to grind freshly roasted coffee, as the flavour develops best after a short rest. For this reason, delivery of ground coffee may take 2–3 days from the roasting day.
- Stock items2–3 working days
Shipped within 2–3 working days. For selected coffees we also offer a so-called rested version (1–4 weeks from roasting). These coffees have had time to settle into their full flavour and are ready to enjoy immediately, with no waiting.
