Frequently asked questions
Can I get the coffee ground?
Yes, you can. Tell us how you brew, and we will grind it to suit your equipment. We prefer not to grind freshly roasted coffee, because the flavour develops best after a short rest. That is why ground coffee can take 2–3 days from the roast day to ship.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the whole EU. The coffee arrives in person or by post, and we agree the delivery schedule together based on how much you use.
Can we influence the roast profile?
Yes, in certain cases. Tell us what flavour you are looking for and how you brew, and we will look together at whether it makes sense to adjust the roast for your needs.
Can we switch coffees every month?
Of course, and we would really love it if you did. A changing coffee brings something new to taste for you and your customers, and gives us the joy of introducing coffees from different farms.
How does invoicing work?
As agreed. We send invoices by email or as e-invoices, whichever suits you better.
Can I get help dialling in my equipment?
Yes. I offer my own know-how and recipes to support a great coffee experience.
