Guatemala La Pampa Typica 72h ASD Natural
Guatemala La Pampa Typica 72h ASD Natural is a specialty coffee produced by Francis Pérez at Finca La Pampa in Acatenango. The Typica variety grows at 1 570 metres on the slopes of a volcano, and a 72-hour anaerobic fermentation followed by slow drying brings tropical fruit, strawberry and the jammy sweetness of ripe berries to the cup. Finca La Pampa has been in the Pérez family since 1945, now in its fifth generation. This is a small microlot.

Haimoo is a small, close-knit village in Vihti. Our roastery is on our family farm, where tradition and the future meet every day.

Every batch is roasted with care and shipped fresh. We never keep coffee in storage for long.

Good to know
How fresh is the coffee?
We usually roast on Sundays and Wednesdays, or once or twice a week as needed. We don't keep large stocks, so your coffee is always fresh.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery within Finland from 5,90 € to a PostNord pickup point. Coffee orders over 50 € ship free.
Can I get the coffee ground?
Yes. Choose whole bean or ground for filter, espresso, moka pot, boiled coffee, French press, AeroPress or V60.
How does the subscription work?
You get 1–4 bags of freshly roasted coffee once a month. Postage is included in the price, and you can change or cancel your subscription at any time. Read more
