Motta Europa Milk Pitcher – 750 ml

The Motta Europa Milk Pitcher is an Italian milk steaming jug used daily by professional baristas around the world. Metallurgica Motta has been making this model for a long time, and the reason is simple: the shape works. The jug sits well in the hand, the spout is precise and the foam comes out even.

The Europa series jug is made of 18/10 304 grade stainless steel. The steel is polished to a high gloss, which makes the jug both durable and easy to clean. The capacity is 750 ml, which is well suited to making two or three drinks at the same time. It measures 9.3 cm in diameter and 13.2 cm in height, so the jug is compact yet roomy enough.

The shape of the jug is also designed to support steaming from start to finish. The rounded base gets the milk swirling evenly, which helps create a fine, silky foam. The geometry of the spout in particular makes pouring latte art more precise. So even while your technique is still developing, the jug helps you learn in the right direction.

The 750 ml size is also a well considered choice for home use. It is big enough to make two flat whites or lattes at once, yet still easy to handle. The jug suits an enthusiast just as well as a café. Especially if you make coffee for several people at a time, this size is practical.

The Motta Europa Milk Pitcher works best together with a good espresso machine and quality coffee. It is also an investment that lasts for years. Stainless steel does not fade, the shape does not date and it keeps working just as well. Home baristas who have invested in a machine and a coffee grinder, for example, will find this jug a natural next addition to their equipment.

Above all, you can feel the quality of the jug in your hand. It does not feel light or rattly, but sturdy and professional. All in all, this is a jug that needs no introduction in barista circles. Its reputation has been earned in practice. You will find more information from the manufacturer on the Motta Italy website.
