The Bluetooth connection gives you access to the Acaia app on iOS and Android devices. In the app you can follow parameters in real time, download brew guides and share your own recipes. That makes the Acaia Pearl S an excellent choice for barista courses too, or for cafés where the staff changes.
The display is designed to work even in bright light, so the scale’s readings are easy to see on a sunny terrace or in a bright café. A heat-resistant pad and a USB-C cable come in the box.
