AeroPress – Clear Coffee Maker

AeroPress Clear is a translucent coffee maker that has won the hearts of speciality coffee lovers around the world. This clever little American brewer combines the best of the French press, filter coffee and the traditional pot in one compact device. The result in your cup is smooth, aromatic coffee without bitterness.

AeroPress Clear is made from Tritan plastic, which withstands knocks better than ordinary polypropylene. The clear material is especially handy, as you can watch the extraction progress right through the brewer. Tritan is also dishwasher safe, so cleaning is quick.

The technique is simple but effective. You put coarser or finer ground coffee on top of the filter, pour in hot water and let it steep for as long as you like. Then you press the plunger down slowly, and your coffee is ready. The whole process takes only a few minutes.

AeroPress Clear suits beginners and more experienced coffee enthusiasts alike. A beginner gets good coffee on the very first try. An experienced enthusiast, on the other hand, can experiment almost endlessly with water temperatures, brew times and grind sizes.

As with pour over brewing, the AeroPress lets you enjoy the finest flavour nuances of your coffee. It makes up to 250 ml of coffee at a time. That is plenty for one generous mug or two smaller speciality coffee cups.

AeroPress Clear is small and light. That makes it easy to pack in a rucksack for the cottage, a trip or the office. Wherever you are, you can make great coffee without heavy equipment.

The AeroPress even has its own championships. The World AeroPress Championship brings together the best enthusiasts and professionals every year. That says a lot about how versatile and highly regarded the AeroPress Clear really is.

The box includes the AeroPress Clear, 50 paper filters, a stirrer and a scoop. So you can start trying different recipes from day one. You will find more about the AeroPress on the manufacturer's website.
