The Fellow Stagg EKG Pro Matte White is an electric kettle designed for coffee lovers who value precision. This white kettle combines an elegant look with professional-grade technology. The result in the cup is an even, controlled extraction every time.
What sets the Fellow Stagg EKG Pro Matte White apart above all is its high-resolution colour LCD display. The display is clear and easy to read even in bright light. The kettle also has a PID controller that keeps the water temperature stable throughout brewing. In practice, this means the water never cools down or overheats, not even for a moment.
The temperature range covers everything from 40 degrees to a full boil at 100 degrees. It is accurate to half a degree in Celsius and to a full degree in Fahrenheit. You adjust it simply by turning the dial. That way you find the right temperature quickly without fiddling.
The Fellow Stagg EKG Pro Matte White also has a handy Guide mode. It offers preset temperatures for different coffee styles and types of tea. A beginner gets a good starting point straight away, with no experience needed. An experienced enthusiast, on the other hand, can save their own favourite settings.
The gooseneck spout gives you full control over your pour. In pour over brewing this is crucial, as the direction and speed of the water flow directly affect how even the extraction is. The capacity is 900 ml, enough for several servings at once. With 1 200 W of power, the water heats up quickly.
The WiFi connection lets you update the firmware via the Fellow Updater app. So the Fellow Stagg EKG Pro Matte White keeps improving over time without any extra purchases. The kettle also has a schedule function that lets you set the water to reach a specific temperature at a specific time. Your first pour over of the morning is then almost automatic.
It is made of grade 304 18/8 stainless steel, coated with a matte white food-safe paint. A weighted plastic handle balances the kettle as you pour. Rubber feet on the base keep the kettle in place. The lid on the new Pro version seals better than before.
The Fellow Stagg EKG Pro Matte White is ideal for a home where coffee is taken seriously. It is also a great addition to an office or a small café. Paired with our quality filter coffee, the kettle takes every cup to a new level. Also take a look at our equipment to put together a complete pour over setup.
All in all, the Fellow Stagg EKG Pro Matte White is an investment that pays for itself in every morning cup. Read more on the manufacturer's website: Fellow Products.
