Lelit – Bianca PL162T-EUCB

The Lelit Bianca PL162T-EUCB espresso machine is top Italian expertise for home baristas who want to control every detail of their coffee making.

At the heart of the machine is the L58E group, where a paddle adjusts the water pressure throughout the extraction. Turn the paddle and the water flows slower or faster, so you control every second of your espresso. The dual boiler keeps coffee and steam temperatures stable, and you can make a cappuccino while pulling the next espresso.

The LCC control panel lets you adjust everything: coffee and steam temperatures, pre-infusion time and standby timer. You can even switch off the steam boiler if you only make espresso. The water tank sits in an external metal ”backpack” so the water does not heat up unnecessarily, and it can be attached to three different sides of the machine.

Bianca is built from AISI 304 stainless steel. It is beautiful, durable and easy to keep clean. Included are two portafilters (standard and bottomless), an 18/20 g basket, cleaning tools and even an espresso cup rack. This is a machine that will last for decades, and in this roaster's opinion it is worth every penny.
