The Lelit Bianca PL162T espresso machine is a top Italian machine for the home barista who knows what they want. Nothing is compromised here: an E61 group, a dual boiler and manual water pressure control with a paddle.
The paddle adjusts the water flow in the group steplessly, so you steer every stage of the extraction yourself. Pre-infusion pressure, infusion, the whole extraction: all under your control. The dual boiler means coffee and steam work at the same time without temperature swings.
The LCC display gives you full control: temperatures, pre-infusion times, standby, even dose volumes. The tank is removable and can be attached to three different sides, or the machine can be plumbed straight into the water supply.
