The Loveramics Egg Granite cafe latte cup and saucer brings stone-like elegance to your coffee moment. This 300 ml set is designed for those to whom the cup matters as much as the coffee in it.
Loveramics Egg Granite is made from high-quality porcelain fired at 1300 degrees Celsius. The thick walls keep coffee warm considerably longer than an ordinary cup. The round shape of the base supports even flavour development during extraction.
A special glazing technique makes every Loveramics Egg Granite cup unique. The shade, speckling and spread of the pattern vary from piece to piece. So each cup is a small work of art.
The saucer is designed according to SCAE and SCAA recommendations, which shows a serious approach to coffee culture. Hong Kong's Loveramics was the official sponsor of the World Latte Art Championship 2015 in Gothenburg. That is no coincidence, but a sign of quality and of the respect it has in the industry.
In practice the Loveramics Egg Granite cup works best with cafe latte, but it is also excellent for serving cappuccino or flat white. The volume is just right for a 300 ml serving. The cup also has plenty of room for latte art, if the barista's skills allow.
This cup also suits home use as well as a cafe. The granite-like surface is easy to keep clean, and the piece stands up well to daily use. The grey shade fits a modern kitchen as well as a more rustic setting.
Another advantage of the cup is that it warms evenly. When the Loveramics Egg Granite cup is preheated with hot water, the coffee stays at drinking temperature from start to finish. The end result in the cup is a latte that tastes just as it should, right to the last sip.
