The Loveramics Egg black cafe latte cup and saucer is the choice for those to whom the look of the coffee moment matters as much as the coffee itself. This 300 ml set is designed for latte drinks, and it looks just as good empty as full.
Loveramics is a Hong Kong porcelain maker that has built its reputation on combining quality and design. Loveramics Egg black is made from high-quality porcelain fired at 1300 degrees. The result is a dense, durable surface you will not see in cheaper cups. The thick wall holds the heat longer than thin-walled competitors.
There is careful design behind the shape. The rounded base of the cup supports optimal coffee development, which means the flavours come through evenly. This is no accident. The saucer follows the dimensions recommended by SCAE and SCAA, so it fits naturally with the needs of a coffee bar or a coffee table.
Loveramics Egg black also has a competition history. It was the official cup of the World Latte Art Championship 2015 in Gothenburg. So it has passed through professionals' hands in the most demanding setting possible. At home this means the cup handles daily use without worry.
In practice, the Loveramics Egg black is ideal when you want to serve a latte in style. The cup is 11 cm in diameter and 7 cm high, so there is just the right room for milk and espresso. The 15,5 cm saucer keeps everything tidy on the table.
The matt black colour suits both a minimalist and a rustic table setting. It works especially well against light kitchen surfaces, but is just as at home next to dark wood. The set is also a perfect visual backdrop for latte art, as black brings out the colours of the milk foam at their best.
