Motta Milk Pitcher – White – 500ml

The Motta Milk Pitcher is an Italian milk steaming jug found in the kit of many professional baristas around the world. Metallurgica Motta has been making coffee equipment in Italy for decades, and this 500 ml jug is one of its best known products. The white colour stands out clearly and makes the jug easy to spot in a busy café.

The jug is made of carefully polished 18/10 grade stainless steel. The material also withstands repeated use and washing without the surface losing its shine. It is 8.4 cm in diameter and 11 cm tall, so it sits well in the hand even during longer shifts. The shape is designed so that the milk swirls evenly in the jug while steaming.

It is the shape of the spout in particular that sets the Motta Milk Pitcher apart from ordinary jugs. The spout guides the stream of milk precisely, so latte art comes out more consistently even while your technique is still developing. You will see the difference in the cup from the very first pour. The 500 ml capacity is practical too: the jug is right for making one or two drinks at a time.

For home users, this jug means that your espresso drinks finally look like they do in a café. For a professional café, it is a reliable everyday tool that does not tire your hand or lead you astray. The jug goes well with the quality espresso machines you will find in our range.

The white colour is an aesthetic choice, but a practical one too. It clearly shows when the jug needs washing, and it suits many kinds of café interiors. Motta recommends hand washing to preserve the jug's finish, even though the steel itself would also stand up to the dishwasher. You will find more information about the manufacturer's range on the Motta Caffè website.

All in all, the Motta Milk Pitcher is a jug that does what it promises. So if you want to improve your milk steaming at home or add a reliable tool to your café equipment, this is a straightforward choice. Order the Motta Milk Pitcher directly from Haimoo Roastery and take a step towards better milk coffee.
