Daily Brew Morning Dew is Haimoo Roastery's light-roast single origin coffee, made to bring freshness and lightness to your mornings. It takes its name from the first feeling of a summer morning, the moment when the air is clear and the ground still damp from the night. Every cup of Morning Dew is like a small breather in the middle of a busy day.

Origin and cultivation

This lot comes from the Sidamo region of Ethiopia, known around the world as one of the country's finest coffee growing areas. The coffee grows at around 2100 metres above sea level and is graded G2. The high altitude, mineral-rich soil and slow ripening make Morning Dew a nuanced, balanced specialty coffee.

Brewing and use

This single origin coffee is at its best with manual filter methods such as Gully Dripper, Chemex or AeroPress. That way its aromas open up layer by layer and reveal new nuances. Brewed in a filter coffee maker or moka pot, Daily Brew Morning Dew also offers a smooth and enjoyable experience.
