Roaster's Diary – blend
Roaster's Diary is a peek into the everyday life and creative moments of the roastery. When I test new roast profiles and evaluate sample coffees, a lot of good coffee is produced that does not go on sale as it is. Rather than let these batches go to waste, I blend them into one unique coffee – the Roaster's Diary blend.
This is one blended coffee, not an assortment of different flavour bags. Every batch is its own combination of origins, processes and roast levels from light to dark. The flavour changes from batch to batch, and that is exactly what makes this coffee so intriguing – surprise is part of its character.
The coffee is roasted in small batches in Uusimaa, and availability is always limited. When this batch runs out, the next one will already be different.
